About Meghan
K&M Eastwind Garden is a floral design studio serving weddings and events throughout the Triad of North Carolina and surrounding areas.
My approach to floral design begins with the setting. I am drawn to the colors, textures, architecture, gardens, and natural landscape that make each place unique. Rather than designing flowers separately from their surroundings, I want them to feel connected to the space, complementing what is already beautiful about it while adding something special to the celebration.
K&M Eastwind Garden also has a deeply personal beginning. I started designing alongside my daughter, finding a creative outlet that gave us something to share while I began building a new path for myself. What started at home has grown into a business I hope she can continue to watch evolve.
The name Eastwind is a nod to my New England roots and my lifelong connection to gardens and the changing seasons. Those influences continue to find their way into my work through natural textures, graceful shapes, and flowers that feel as though they belong where they have been placed.
As K&M Eastwind Garden grows, my goal remains simple: to create beautiful florals that feel connected to the people, place, and celebration they were designed for.
Sustainability Promise
Sustainability is deeply important to me and to the way I approach floral design. Working so closely with nature means being mindful of the impact my business has on the environment and continually looking for thoughtful ways to reduce it. I believe learning is part of that responsibility, so I am always educating myself on more sustainable practices and making intentional changes where I can. There is no perfect way to do this, but I believe the effort matters. While I may not always get everything right, I am committed to making informed decisions, growing along the way, and caring for the Earth as thoughtfully as I care for the work I create.
